Delivery times are estimated, the advertised delivery time frames are not guaranteed.
The majority of our orders are delivered within 7 working days to mainland UK, although some items will take longer, please note all items that take longer have this noted at the top of the products description.
Any un-delivered orders must be reported to seller within 14 days of the advertised delivery date.
Orders are normally sent via DHL Express. Tracking / delivery notifications will be sent via email and / or text message SMS. If you do not leave sufficient email or telephone details tracking will not be received this way. Please note that the DHL tracking can sometimes take up to 24hours to update from despatch.
If you wish for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, please mention this is in checkout (under ''Add a note'' button). Delivery safe place requests are at the customers risk, Unique's Co. holds no responsibility if you wish for your delivery to be left without a signature.
Returns accepted for items damaged during delivery transit or if faulty within 14 days of purchase date.
For returned items that were advertised as ‘Made To Order’ or any items that have been blemished or had cable shortened there will be a 25% re-stock fee.
If products are returned without the included light bulbs there will be a 15% refund reduction, or the advertised cost.
To exchange a product, there is a 10% fee for standard products and 15% fee for customised, bespoke or 'Made To Order' products.
Please note that the customer is responsible to cover the direct cost of returning all orders.
It is highly unlikely but if you have any product faults, please feel free to contact us for a solution, do NOT attempt to dismantle products yourself, this will void possible returns.
